My business is built on personal recommendations and client referrals, based on my track record as an independent sales, letting and search agent. I provide friendly customer service, combining in-home consultation with an extensive online presence.
I maintain an office for formal meetings but have no traditional shop window since this does little to enhance the sale process from the client’s perspective and does not reflect today’s digitally driven marketplace.
We offer a bespoke service alongside a transparent fee structure, tailored to the individual needs of my clients. I have designed my business and fee structure around giving my clients choice, without compromising on service and experience. My deep understanding of the local market enables me to provide a very different and ultimately more rewarding experience for both my buyers and sellers. I specialise in selling properties discreetly with approximately a third of my transactions never being listed on the open market but sold as whisper listings.
Going the extra mile is second nature to us and is the keystone of my business. Our goal is to fully understand our client’s individual needs and expectations, then to exceed them throughout the life of our relationship. I believe that value is defined by more than price; it is shown in the quality of our highly professional service. For clients unfamiliar with the area, we offer personal guided tours as well as video tours, sharing some of our favourite places to go, which are available online or on request.
Over the years, I have been fortunate enough to expand my business organically, selecting specialist team members who complement each other, while expanding our reach into Talbot Woods and Land & New Homes.
I have been working in the local area as an estate agent since I graduated from Bournemouth University in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in Land-Based Enterprise. I’m certified by the Guild of Letting Agents and regulated by the Property Ombudsman.
Throughout this time, I’ve been responsible for listing and negotiating a significant number of high-profile transactions in the BH13 And BH14 postcodes whilst working at the international firm, Savills, and at local independent agents, Mays and Berkeleys.
I developed an impressive track record in this market and subsequently founded Philippa Sole in 2016, after the birth of my second child. I am widely recognised for my local in-depth knowledge and ability to fully understand the buyer’s requirement, resulting in me acquiring and selling a number of properties discreetly and off- market, through my whisper listings.
I am passionate about the area, having lived and worked here for nearly 24 years. Many of my clients have become friends. I’m very committed to the community and believe there is no better place to live and bring up my two boys.
