Philippa Sole

CEO & Founder

Over the years, I have been fortunate enough to expand my business organically, selecting specialist team members who complement each other, while expanding our reach into Talbot Woods and Land & New Homes. I have been working in the local area as an estate agent since I graduated from Bournemouth University in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in Land-Based Enterprise. I’m certified by the Guild of Letting Agents and regulated by the Property Ombudsman.

Throughout this time, I’ve been responsible for listing and negotiating a significant number of high-profile transactions in the BH13 And BH14 postcodes whilst working at the international firm, Savills, and at local independent agents, Mays and Berkeleys.


Jacqui Harper

Sales Consultant

Jacqui brings a wealth of knowledge, having worked in the area for the last 18 years with well known firms such as Mays, Hearnes and 15 years at Savills in Canford Cliffs.


Natalie Deal

Lettings Manager

Natalie has over 7 years of experience within the property sector and a degree in International Hospitality Management. Her previous roles have included working closely with local agents and tenants discussing their housing needs, rents and arranging any necessary repairs. Outside of work, Natalie loves to take her dog on walks, exploring the beautiful Dorset walks.


Rebecca Brown

Head of Marketing

Rebecca has extensive experience in Brand Marketing and Promotional Partnerships working for the likes of Merlin Entertainments, The Guardian and Telegraph Media Groups, before setting up independently and working with select clients within the Travel and Property markets. Rebecca ensures Pippa’s vision and ambitions are reflected in all marketing communications, but most importantly that Philippa Sole’s client liaisons and community engagement is always a 5-star service and remains at the top of Philippa Sole’s agenda.


Sue Lehan

PA & Administrator

Sue is one of the most experienced Administrators in the Dorset property market having spent more than 30 years with Berkeleys, where she was PA to three Directors and worked alongside Pippa for 6 years. When Pippa left Berkeleys in 2016 to set up Philippa Sole Estate Agency, she quietly whispered in Sue’s ear planting the seed for her to join when the time was right. On the fifth anniversary of Philippa Sole Estate Agency, Pippa got her wish and brought Sue on board grateful for her “extensive knowledge and depth of understanding within the industry, and for her calm demeanour and proficient support”.


Rita Foglietta

Sales & Lettings Administrator

Rita joined Philippa Sole early in 2022 bringing her Italian glamour to the team. Rita provides support for both the Sales and Lettings side of the business due to her extensive personal experience of buying, selling, and letting multiple properties of her own over the years. In her previous corporate life, Rita spent 20 years in Sales Directorship roles within the publishing & exhibition sector of Bauer Media, Emma’s Diary of Life Cycle Marketing and Bounty baby shows.


Simon Simester

Land & Development Consultant

Independent Land and development consultant trading under National Land and Development LTD

Simon's primary area of expertise is advising on potential development opportunities to maximise land values for our clients as well as the acquisition and disposal of investment opportunities. During his 30-year career he has been fundamental in the acquisition of some of the area’s most prestigious homes. He has an extensive database of qualified buyers looking for land and investment opportunities.


Lisa O'Sullivan


Lisa has worked in the local property market for over 10 years, in fact when Philippa Sole began she worked part-time for the first year until she needed a full-time post. She has now rejoined the mothership and brings with her a background in sales and recruitment alongside strong administration and bookkeeping skills, she covers whatever we need across the board. Her creativity and 'make it happen' attitude help us to be innovative and productive.
