The UK Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and acclaimed industry awards and are recognised as a mark of excellence for property professionals. The UK Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 100 industry experts, focusing on design, quality, service, innovation and originality.
The judging panel is chaired by: Lord Caithness, Lord Best, and Lord Waverly, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
Philippa Sole was also delighted to have been named a finalist at the 2019 Negotiator Awards for Estate Agency of the Year for the South West region. The Negotiator Awards have been in operation for 13 years and are the most highly regarded for the UK residential property industry.
Philippa Sole was also named a finalist in the Customer Service category at the 2018 Venus Awards. The Venus Awards were founded by Tara Howard to celebrate the achievements of working women, and now operate throughout 8 regions around the UK.
