- Legal Due Diligence
Legal checks, property ownership, anti-money laundering checks, obtain detailed property information, preparing contract. - Pre-Marketing
Obtain photography, video tour, floorplan, EPC, write property content, preparing sales / marketing brochure. - Going Live & Property Exposure
Upload property details & particulars to CMS, go live on website & property portals (Rightmove), write & schedule social media content and any other premium marketing opportunities. - Building Relationships with Potential Buyers & Negotiating a Sale
Actively match people to properties, discuss property with suitable buyers, conduct viewings, build rapport and negotiate a sale. - Managing the Conveyancing Process
Liaising with buyers/sellers Solicitors and Estate Agents within the chain, ensure a smooth & timely process to exchange / completion of contracts.
Our fees
We charge 1.25% plus VAT (1.5% inc VAT) for our complete service on a Sole Agency basis. Alternatively, should you prefer to handle part of the process independently, we charge 0.25% plus VAT (0.3% inc VAT) for each of the services listed above.
Joint and Multiple Agency fees are 1.5% plus VAT (1.8% inc VAT) but may vary depending on the Agent.
