& Services

  • Rent as agreed on the tenancy agreement
  • Security deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent if total rent is under £50,000 per annum & 6 weeks rent if rental amount over £50,000 per annum
  • Holding deposit is equivalent to 1 weeks rent
  • Utilities & Communication services whilst in tenancy
  • Default in payment of rent as per the tenancy agreement, current Bank of England base rate PLUS 3%, payable each day after due date - till balance settled
  • A Tenant instigates a change in their current tenancy (ie) new additional tenant on tenancy agreement - charged at £480 inc VAT. This covers all referencing charges, administration to draw up new contract, issuing new Prescribed Information
  • A Tenant wants to end the tenancy early whilst still contractually obligated - charge £480 inc VAT. This covers all advertising of the property, referencing of new tenants, drawing up a new contract and issuing Prescribed Information
