We have a range of packages for Landlords that allow you to choose just the services you need. From day-to-day management to simply finding the perfect tenant for your property, our flexibility and choice means our fees are competitive.


Fully Managed Service

(10% + VAT)
Includes:

1. Visiting your property and supplying a current rental appraisal.

2. Advising on current legislation and legal aspects of letting.

3. Preparing particulars of the property including photography.

4. Advertising on our website and Rightmove.

5. Accompanied viewings.

6. Interviewing prospective tenants.

7. Taking up independent references including a credit check and Right2Rent check.

8. Drawing up a Tenancy Agreement.

9. Arranging an inventory schedule of condition for the property.

10. Collecting deposit and registering the deposit with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) and providing a copy of the prescribed information.

11. Collecting the rent payments and forwarding to the Landlord, with a monthly statement.

12. Arrangement of repairs and maintenance on your behalf as per your instructions.

13. Carrying out periodic management visits.

14. At tenancy end, we will arrange for the check-out to be completed by an independent inventory clerk and will arrange the return of the deposit.
